The parties involved in the dispute at the PCA, have received transmitted orders from the Deputy Secretary General of the PCA (Phyllis Hamilton), notifying the parties of the first round of Oral Hearings.
The President of the Tribunal, Professor James Crawford (of Australia), has ordered December 7, 8, 11 & 12, 2000 as the days set to hear oral arguments.
The Tribunal has ordered this initial round of Oral Hearings, to discuss the issue of jurisdiction, as it regards the "prolonged/illegal occupation of the Hawaiian Islands."
