Arbitrators' Communication No. 2

1. I refer to the joint notification of the parties dated 9 June 2000, confirming the constitution of the Tribunal.
   
   
2. I refer also to the joint notification of 12 June 2000, relating to the parties' agreement to extend the submission of counter-memorials for a further 10 day.
   
   
3. When the Tribunal has received the counter-memorials, it will consult on the further procedure and issue an order accordingly. In view of the later date for delivery of the counter-memorials, the date for an oral hearing cannot now be determined. The timing of an oral hearing will be dealt with in the further order.
