The NetherlandsRe: Agreement to Extend Submission of Memorials another 30 days
Greetings and Aloha,
We, the undersigned, acting for and on behalf of the Parties, have the honor to inform you that Mr. Lance Paul Larsen, Claimant, and the Government of the Hawaiian Kingdom, Respondent, have jointly decided to extend the submission of each Party's Memorial a second time, as provided by Joint Letter of the Parties of February 25, 2000, an additional thirty (30) days. In addition to the thirty day extension, both Parties have mutually agreed that in exchange for the extension of the submission of the memorials, the submission of each Party's counter-memorials shall be limited to twenty (20) days. Both Parties wishing to maintain the July 2000 scheduling for the oral hearings at the Peace Palace, The Hague, Netherlands.
