Re: Designation of Agents for the Hawaiian Kingdom

     Greetings,

     I have the honor to refer to the Arbitration Agreement of October 30, 1999 between Lance Paul Larsen and the Hawaiian Kingdom, by its Council of Regency, to submit to the Permanent Court of Arbitration the dispute between them concerning the verification of the territorial dominion of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the alleged violation of the Hawaiian/American Treaty of 1849 by the Hawaiian Kingdom, by its Council of Regency, and the Notice of Arbitration of November 8, 1999 initiating arbitral proceedings under the UNCITRAL Rules of Arbitration as provided by the First Amendment to Notice of Arbitration of December 3, 1999.

      This is also to inform Your Excellency that the Government of the Hawaiian Kingdom, by its Council of Regency, has designated its Agent and Deputy-Agents in the above-mentioned case as follows:
